Hi, I'm Day! Please enjoy this photo of my dog while I continue to update this website.
Cooking has always been a hobby of mine and I've always been passionate about all things food and beverage related. I have 19 years of experience in the food industry doing everything from small mom and pop shop, catering, hotels, casual dining, and fast food.
HomeCooked by Day started as making meals for coworkers, friends, and neighbors each week and quickly grew from there. Friends shared it with others and more coworkers began to reach out. Before I knew it, I figured it was a good idea to make a website rather than texting everyone each week asking for their orders!
When I'm not cooking, you can probably find me working somewhere else since I can't sit down, in the gym, or spending time with my lovely wife and menace of a dog. I'm always up for a good challenge and love collaborating with others to create amazing things. I'm excited to share my love of cooking with you all!
